CW WW and IOTA. CQ WW is a great way to spend a weekend, and activating an island for IOTA is a great way of spending a couple of grand or more!

1 Switch on the rig and have a go! Every contester is a budget contester. Ask any contester "if money was no object what improvements/changes would you make?" and the answers will prove my point.
2 Check out the contest rules carefully, ther may be a section within which budget constraints may not be an issue at all.
