Options
Click 'Help > Options' to open the 'Options' window, which allows you to alter and save a number of different program-options for use between sessions. The Options window has a number of different tabs that open different option-pages:
Paths
The 'Paths' tab-pages are used to set how different file-types are opened or saved. You can set separate path conditions for CPT Files, Images, Maps, Swatches, and Visualization Images.
When any of these are opened or saved, you can use the Radio-Buttons choose to use either the 'Last-Used Path' - i.e. the path that you last used when you opened or saved that type of file, or the 'Specified Path' - i.e. the path that is specified in the box below. If a path has not been specified, it will default to the path for your 'My Documents' folder. To change the 'Specified Path', click the 'Select Specified Path' button, and when the File-Dialog opens, use it to navigate to the folder of choice.
Colors
You can change a variety of colors that are used in the program. Colors that can be changed are listed in the 'Colors' tab-pages. To change a color, click the colored square. A Color-Dialog will open. You can select any of the colors that it shows, or click the 'Define Custom Colors' button where you can create your own colors by clicking the color chart and adjacent dark/light slider, or by entering values in the HSV or RGB boxes.
Recent Files
The control on this tab-page lets you select the number of files (1-16) that show in the 'File > Recent Files' list on the main program's menu-bar.
