New Swatch from Scratch-Pad
Use the 'New Swatch from Scratch-Pad' command to create a new Swatch that is then filled with all the unique colors currently showing in the Scratch-Pad. If the current Swatch has been altered, as indicated by a red 'Comment' tag, you will be prompted to optionally save the changes before proceeding.
A new Swatch contains 64 rectangles, each of which is colored white. The color white is used to represent an empty color, so is not included in the color-count.
The 'DateTime' box will be empty - you can enter a value yourself by typing one in, or click the 'Swatches > Set DateTime to Current' menu-item to do this automatically in a standard date/time format.
The 'Comment' box will also be empty - you can type whatever comments will be useful to you, or leave it blank.
