The 'File' menu-command has a number of menu-sub commands, each of which is described in it's own help-section: 'New File', 'Load File', 'Reload from Disk', 'Recent Files', 'Remove Obsolete Files from List', 'Remove All Files from List', 'Load from Samples', 'Save File', 'Save File As', 'Save Copy As', 'Lock Page', 'Delete Page', and 'Exit the Program'.
