Known Errors

I don't like having to issue software with known errors or missing information, but sometimes this is necessary if I reach a dead-end in my search for the correct information. The list of items that still need resolving is given below. If you can help with anything, please Contact Me.

  Which prefix regions are the provinces 'Region Autonomista Atlantico Norte' & 'Region Autonomista Atlantico Sur' in ?
   
• Country:Nigeria Map(s):North West Africa Overlays:Prefix
  The prefix list I received from Nigeria says that Imo State is 5N5, but looking at the map, I see that Imo is surrounded by Anambra(5N3), Abia(5N4), and Rivers(5N4). This means that Imo is not connected to any of the other 5N5 regions, but is isolated, by itself. Is this correct ?

  I need the full list of Sudan regions that correspond with the prefix groups ST1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. Here are the regions:
